The Kemo KMMAG-21 is an isolated accelerometer mounting magnet which features a tapped 10/32UNF thread hole for use with a variety of adaptor studs to suit different accelerometers. It has an integrated PTFE isolating washer to ensure complete electrical isolation of the accelerometer, assembly is via high strength high temperature epoxy rated from -70°C to +200°C The magnet used is an ultra high strength Nickel plated Neodymium Iron Boron to provide excellent mounting strength.
Kemo's KMMAG-21 is the perfect solution for engineers that wish to isolate their accelerometer from the mounting surface, often required to eradicate earth loops or other related signal interference. Please always be aware that the correct mounting of accelerometer or other dynamic senors is critical for frequency response.
